So what time-saver do you like best or use the most in Excel? Mine has to be the fill handle. Since I hate typing anymore than is absolutely necessary, a day doesn't go by that I don't use this feature to copy formulas, data, or have it auto fill data for me.

AutoFill
- Dragging the AutoFill handle to complete filling series of data (numeric, days of week or month, quarters, etc.) is pretty handy. It's also pretty cool to be able to set my own list of data that can be autofilled that same way.

- in Excel2003, I made a little macro to copy,paste special,values only. Now in Excel 2007 I added the glowing green ball "paste value" to my quick access bar

keyboard shortcuts
- I use keyboard shortcuts to save time - alt tab, ctrl A (select all), ctrl D (fill down), ctrl ; (current time), etc - the mouse is too slow.

Love the Format Painter
- I find the format painter is so useful. I used to spend so much time formatting other cells with a matching font and size or perhaps a different colour, until someone showed me this feature. What a time-saver!
