Insert a New Excel Worksheet Using a Keyboard Shortcut

Note: For help with this example, see the image to the right.

  1. Press and hold down the SHIFT key on the keyboard.

  2. Press and release the F11 key on the keyboard.

  3. A new worksheet will be inserted into the current workbook.

  4. To add additional worksheets continue to press and release the F11 key while holding down the SHIFT key.
