To Open a Spreadsheet Template

  • Click on the Programs icon at the top of the Microsoft Works Task Launcher screen.

  • Click on the Works Spreadsheeticon in the program list on the left side of the screen to bring up a list of Works spreadsheet template categories.

  • To see a short description for a template category, place your mouse pointer on that icon for a few seconds. The description will appear in the icon.

  • Click on the desired template category.

  • Click on a style of template to preview it.

  • When you have chosen a style to use, click on the Use this style button at the top of the screen to open the template.
