Open Office Calc Formatting - Changing Data Alignment
Note: For help on these steps, refer to the image above. As well, if you place your mouse over an icon on a toolbar, the icon's name will be displayed.
- Drag select cells A2 - D2.
- Click on the Merge Cells icon on the Formatting toolbar to merge the selected cells.
- Click on the Align Center Horizontally icon on the Formatting toolbar to center the title across the selected area.
- Drag select cells B4 - B6.
- Click on the Align right option icon on the Formatting toolbar to right align the data in these cells.
- Drag select cells A9 - A12.
- Click on the Align right icon on the Formatting toolbar to right align the data in these cells.
- Drag select cells A8 - D8.
- Click on the Align Center Horizontally icon on the Formatting toolbar to center the data in these cells.
- Drag select cells C4 - C6.
- Click on the Align Center Horizontally icon on the Formatting toolbar to center the data in these cells.
- Drag select cells B9 - D12.
- Click on the Align Center Horizontally icon on the Formatting toolbar to center the data in these cells.
