Ms Works Spreadsheets Formatting - Changing cell background color

Note: For help on these steps, refer to the image above.

1. Drag select cells A2 - D2 on the spreadsheet.
   
   
2. Click on the Format menu to open the drop down list.
   
   
3. Click on Shading... option to open the Format Cells dialog box.
   
   
4. Click on Dark Blue under the Select color list.
   
   
5. Click on Dark Blue under the Pattern color list.
   
   
6. Click on Solid under the Pattern list.
   
   
7. Drag select cells A8 - D8 on the spreadsheet.
   
   
8. Repeat steps 2 to 6 above.
