Ms Works Spreadsheets Formatting - Changing font color

Note: For help on these steps, refer to the image above.

  1. Drag select cells A2 - D2 on the spreadsheet.

  2. Click on the Format menu to open the drop down list.

  3. Click on Font... option to open the Format Cells dialog box.

  4. Choose White under the Select font color list to change the color of the text in cells A2 - D2 to white.

  5. Drag select cells A8 - D8 on the spreadsheet.

  6. Repeat steps 2 to 4 above to change the color of the text in cells A8 - D8 to white.

  7. Drag select cells B4 - C6 on the spreadsheet.

  8. Click on the Format menu to open the drop down list.

  9. Click on the Font... option to open the Format Cells dialog box.

  10. Choose Dark Blue under the Select font color list to change the color of the text in cells A2 - D2 to dark blue.

  11. Drag select cells A9 - D12 on the spreadsheet.

  12. Repeat steps 8 to 10 above to change the color of the text in cells A9 - D12 to dark blue.
