To Add a Custom List to the Auto Fill Handle

Typing the new Auto Fill list yourself
- Click Tools > Options in the menus to bring up the Options dialog box.
- Click the Custom Lists tab.
- Click in the List entries box and type in the new list, separating each element with a comma.
- Click the Add button.
The new Auto Fill list appears in the Custom Lists window.
To import a custom Auto Fill list from your spreadsheet
- Drag select the range of cells in your spreadsheet containing the list elements.
- Click Tool > Options in the menus to bring up the Options dialog box.
- Click the Custom Lists tab.
- The range of cells you previously selected should be present in the Import list from cells box.
- Click the Import button.
Using the new list with the Auto Fill Handle
- Click on the cell where you want the list to start.
- Type in the first name in the list.
- Press the ENTER key on the keyboard.
- Click on the cell containing the first name in the list.
- Click and hold down the mouse pointer on the fill handle in the bottom right corner of the current cell.
- Drag the fill handle to auto fill as many cells as needed.
