Type the following function in cell B10

=SUM(Numbers)

and press the ENTER key on the keyboard.

The answer 100 will be present in cell B10.

Note - Labels are not case sensitive in Excel formulas. It does not matter whether you type Numbers or numbers as the label in the formula.
