For those who have completed Part 1 of this tutorial open the saved worksheet completed in that tutorial. The worksheet should contain the tutorial data seen in the image above.
For those who have not completed the above mentioned tutorial, the data and instructions for copying it into Excel, are available at this link. All needed formulas and functions have been added to the sample data.
