Change Column Widths Using the Menu Options
- Click on a cell in the column you want to change.
- Choose Format > Column > Width from the menus to bring up the Column width dialog box.
- The dialog box will show the current number of characters displayed in that column.
- To widen the column, enter a number larger than the current number and click OK.
- To make the column narrower, enter a number smaller than the current number and click OK.
