Selecting data to include in the chart

Two Options for Selecting the Chart Data

Note: For help with these instructions, see the image example above.

1. Click and hold down the left mouse button over one corner cell of your spreadsheet data.
   
   
2. Drag the mouse pointer over the data to select it.
   
   

   Note: Be sure to include any column and row titles that you want to include in the Chart.

   For this tutorial

   1. Highlight the block of cells from A3 to B12, which includes the column titles, Location and January.
