Pictograph Example Step 1: Create a Bar Graph

1. To complete this step by step tutorial, add the data found in step 4 to an Excel 2007 spreadsheet.
   
   
2. Drag select cells A2 to D5.
   
   
3. On the ribbon, choose Insert > Column > 2-d Clustered Column.

A basic column chart is created and placed on your worksheet.
