Sort Data by Font Color in Excel

In Excel, it is a common practice to format negative numbers to show up in a different color - usually red - in order to make them stand out in a worksheet. Font color can also be changed in Excel using conditional formatting.

This data can then be sorted and grouped by font colors making it easier to find specific information or to spot trends in a large table of data.
