Excel DGET Function

A third member of Excel's group of database functions is DGET.

As a group, these functions make it easy to retrieve information from an Excel database file.

What DGET does is find specific information that meets criteria that you specify.

In many ways, DGET is similar to Excel's better known VLOOKUP function which can also be used to find information in a table of data.
