Excel's COUNTIFS Function

Like Excel's COUNTIF function the COUNTIFS function, combines two other commonly used functions - the COUNT function and the IF function.

What make COUNTIFS different and so valuable is that it allows you to find matches for up to 127 specific criteria rather than just the one allowed in COUNTIF.
