The NETWORKDAYS.INTL function is very similar to Excel's NETWORKDAYS function in that both can be used to calculate the number of working days between two dates.
How they differ is that, while NETWORKDAYS limits weekend days to Saturday and Sunday, NETWORKDAYS.INTL allows you to choose any two days of the week for the weekend or even set only one day per week if you choose.
Another difference is that NETWORKDAYS.INTL is new to Excel 2010 while NETWORKDAYS has been around for quite a few versions of the program.
