Charts, or graphs, are an important part of a spreadsheet.

They are a great way to summarize your data, and they allow you to draw attention to data trends and patterns in your spreadsheets that might otherwise be difficult to see.

Pie charts, or circle graphs as they are sometimes called, are used to show percentages. The circle of pie charts represents 100%. The circle is subdivided into slices representing data values. The size of each slice shows what part of the 100% it represents.
