Rounding Numbers in Excel

The ROUND function is one of the Excel's Math Functions. It is most often used on data to reduce the number of decimal places of data.

Rounding numbers often makes them easier to comprehend. If you use information from your spreadsheets in presentations, shortening numbers to a manageable number of digits will make it easier for your audience to understand your message.
